Who's behind this venture?
Destination Ventures' unique qualifications include multi-faceted travel industry experience coupled with over 20 years as educational leaders.
The company is spearheaded by Jane Custer, President, a former training manager for the U.S. and Canada for Mexicana Airlines, and founder of the popular "Come to Know Mexico" travel agent training program. She was Sales and Marketing Manager for a major Mexican resort property, has worked as a travel agent and as account manager for Mazatlán Tourism Trust promotional campaign. Jane is fluent in Spanish and has traveled internationally for the past 30 years.
The other key player in this venture is Greg Custer, Vice President (and Jane's husband). Greg's experience consists of 13 years in operations, sales and training with TWA, Mexicana Airlines and Aero California. He also served as director for the Central Oregon Visitors Association. Greg is fluent in Spanish and has traveled internationally for more than 25 years.
The rest of our staff includes full time meeting planners, program coordinators, graphic designers, and a world-class collection of educators with years of face-to-face travel industry training, insight, and experience.
